Frequently Asked Foundation Repair Questions

What are the signs I might need foundation repair?

Cracks in brick or drywall, doors or windows that stick, gaps at trim, sloping or bouncy floors, and separations at the slab or driveway are common signs. If you see more than one, schedule a free inspection.

How does your inspection work?

A trained inspector walks the property, takes elevation readings, documents symptoms with photos, and explains the cause and repair options. You’ll get a written plan with scope, timeline, and warranty details—no pressure.

Which repair methods do you offer?

We use bell-bottom piers

  • 8″ shaft, under-reamed “bell” at base, steel rebar cage, depth ≈ 6–12 ft. to stable clay/rock, cast-in-place concrete.

  • Pier & Beam Repair / Leveling

    • Re-shimming with steel shims, solid blocks; raise to near level.

  • Wall Stabilization

    • Anchors and carbon fiber (no helical).

  • Drainage Solutions

    • French drains and downspout extensions only; show noninvasive approach and lawn restoration.

How long do repairs take?

  • Pier & Beam: 3–5 days.

  • Bell-Bottom Piers: ~3 days pour + 3–4 days cure + ~2 days completion (cleanup/patch/finish).

Will my home be a mess?

No. We keep a tidy site, protect landscaping where possible, and clean up daily. Access points are restored and concrete patches are finished neatly.

What influences cost?

Method, number of piers or supports, access, utilities, and drainage needs. After inspection you’ll receive a clear, line-item estimate. Many projects cost far less than full replacement.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes— A warranty is expressly provided in writing.

Will repairs stop all future movement?

Repairs are designed to stabilize affected areas and reduce future movement. North Texas’ expansive clays still expand/contract seasonally; proper drainage helps protect your investment.

What areas do you serve?

Dallas, Ellis, Tarrant, and surrounding North Texas communities. If you’re nearby, ask—we’ll do our best to help.

How soon can you schedule?

We respond the same business day and can typically schedule inspections within a few days.

Still have questions? Book your Free Inspection and we’ll walk you through a plan, timeline, and warranty before any work starts.
